.Screens are here to stay and we all love them. They make us learn an amazing lot of things, they boost our creativity, they make us more productive and evolve our social skills. They help us connect with our friends and they entertain us. We have a lot of fun everyday with our screens and they release dopamine in our brains. Not strange that we easily get addictive to them. 

But we often sit still when we use them. Our body is made for movement, we need to be physically active every day to stay healthy. Research has shown that daily physical activity is very important for many brain functions - it reduces stress, makes you more creative and improves your memory.

Reduce family conflicts

Conflicts around screentime are present in many family. Since there are so many Internet devices in a home it’s hard to keep track on the total time your kid sits in front of a screen.

There are so many things in the real life around us. Our nature - the sea, the mountains, the forests. There are so many funny things you may miss if you are all the time with your screen. When was the last time you climbed a tree or played hide and seek?
