How active is your family?
Being physically active is important for both our physical and mental health. SCRIIN's activity tracker records all activities - playing, running , dancing, playing football, walking and jumping trampoline. It works both "standalone" (for younger children) and linked to the SCRIIN app.
The activity tracker is small and lightweight and shows with four blue LEDs when you have reached WHO's activity goal. It has been proved in a study with the Karolinska Institutet to increase young people's physical activity by 50%.
